Manor Pay began when I set out to build my village while welcoming my firstborn daughter. I quickly realized that managing admin and compliance was time heavy and overly complicated for what should have been a relieving experience. I wanted to offer the same kind of tax-advantaged benefits and dignity to the people helping me—nannies, caregivers, housekeepers—as I was receiving at my day job. So I built the tool I wish I had.
